Delivery Charges and Timelines

  • Prices include GST.
  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.
  • For prepaid orders below ₹1500, a shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Slight delays may occur during sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

Shipping Coverage

  • ELOA currently ships across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • International shipping will be introduced soon.

Order Tracking

  • Registered users can view their order status under the Track Order section in the footer.
  • You’ll also receive a tracking link via WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable carriers such as Shiprocket and Delhivery for secure and timely delivery.
  • Our partners will make up to three attempts before returning the package to us.
  • Please ensure your address, pin code and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with on arrival, kindly refuse the delivery.

Multiple Orders

  • Once orders are placed, they cannot be combined due to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will apply separately to each order.

Shipping Terms

  • Items returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be re-shipped once received back, with a re-shipping fee.
  • ELOA is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for shipping or delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • You may choose another product of the same value or opt for store credit valid for future purchases.
  • Once your returned item reaches our centre, the replacement will be dispatched within 5 business days.
  • If additional time is required, our team will inform you in advance.
